Personal Care

 

We assist with daily personal care needs, including:

• Showering and personal hygiene

• Dressing and grooming

• Medication assistance

Social Support

 

We offer companionship and social support, helping individuals stay connected and engaged in the community.

Domestic Assistance (Light Cleaning)

 

We assist with light household tasks to help maintain a clean and comfortable living space, including:

• Tidying up

• Changing bed linens

• Laundry assistance

• Light cleaning in the client’s personal space (e.g., room, bathroom)

 

Meal Preparation

 

We assist with meal planning and preparation to ensure proper nutrition and independence in the kitchen.

• Helping with eating assistance if needed

 

Sleepover & Active Night Shifts

 

We offer overnight support to provide peace of mind and safety for individuals who require assistance throughout the night.

Manual Handling & Hoist Transfers

 

As a trained professional, I provide safe and respectful manual handling and hoist transfers to ensure clients’ safety and comfort.

• Assisting with transfers from bed to chair, wheelchair, or other mobility devices

• Ensuring proper lifting techniques for client safety

About Me

 

Hello, I’m Carol, a dedicated Care Assistant & Support Worker. Originally from South America, I am fluent in Spanish, and I also understand Italian, Romanian, and Portuguese.

 

With Certificate IV in Disability and Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care & Disability), I am deeply committed to offering compassionate care that enables people to live their lives independently, with dignity and respect.

 

Outside of my professional life, I stay energized with activities such as running, dancing, and cooking, which helps me stay motivated to provide the best possible care.
